Cheesecake!
Emily gave me some great cheesecake recipes that I tried out about two weekends ago. I made a S'mores cheesecake and a chocolate espresso cheesecake. I thought I'd post pics because they are SO pretty. I couldn't believe they were actually looked AND tasted good, considering it was my first time making a cheesecake. Usually it takes me three or four screw-ups before I finally figure out I was forgetting the cream cheese or something. ; )
